The Site is owned and operated by OLIOR a US-based limited liability company . By placing an order with us for goods sold on the Site (our “Products”), you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Pursuant to applicable laws relating to e-signature, placing an order as detailed below shall be deemed electronic signing and evidence of the order and the amount due. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. If you disagree with any aspect of these terms, you should not make a purchase on the Site.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE SITE
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to make a purchase. For clarity, the purchase of Products through the Site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable laws.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION ON THE SITE
We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and images of Products appearing on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the colors, descriptions, or other content available on the Site are error-free or complete.
Illustrative Purposes Only: Images of Products are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary.
Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However, differences in screen displays may affect color accuracy.
Errors and Updates: The Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these and update or change information at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to pricing and availability information, even after an order has been submitted.
If an error materially affects your order, we may cancel it and notify you promptly.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale periodically. Please refer to the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page to check for changes. The Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
If any changes significantly affect an ongoing order, we will contact you with reasonable advance notice and provide the option to cancel your order if you do not agree with the changes.
MERCHANT OF RECORD AND YOUR CONTRACT OF SALE
Orders made on the Site may be processed and fulfilled by OLIOR or one of our affiliates based on the delivery address.
If your order is fulfilled by a Local Affiliate, that Local Affiliate will be the Merchant of Record and responsible for completing the sale and delivery of your order. For example, if you reside in [Country A] but ship your order to [Country B], the Local Affiliate in [Country B] may handle the fulfillment of your order.
Your contract of sale will be with the Local Affiliate, where applicable, rather than directly with OLIOR.

PRICING
Prices for all Products are determined by the relevant Local Affiliate and will be displayed and charged in the currency selected by the Local Affiliate (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP).
The price of your order will be quoted either including or excluding taxes, depending on the delivery address:
- Products delivered within the United States will be quoted exclusive of sales tax.
- Products delivered within Europe will be quoted inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
- Products delivered to the United Kingdom will be quoted inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed as a separate charge on your order invoice. Prices on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your order will be honored unless there is an error in the pricing or product availability. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order based on incorrect pricing or availability information and will notify you accordingly.
PAYMENT
Payment for your order will be authorized at the online checkout, but your payment method will not be charged until shipment occurs. Orders cannot be processed or dispatched without confirmation from the relevant bank that payment has been received. Online payments are accepted through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit or debit cards.
You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is your own. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is not authorized or the card issuer refuses payment, neither we nor the Local Affiliate will be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Products.
Legal ownership of the Products remains with us until full payment has been received. Upon receiving full payment, ownership of the Products will transfer to you. However, legal ownership will revert to us if a payment is refunded. Risk in the Products passes to you once they have been shipped.
By submitting your order, you authorize us to perform necessary payment card authorization and to transmit or obtain any relevant payment information from third parties as permitted by applicable regulations. We use SSL encryption for secure online transactions.
PLACING AN ORDER
You can place an order by adding Products to your basket and following the checkout process. During checkout, you can review and amend your order, including billing and shipping information, and make any corrections before finalizing the order.
Once you place your order, the Local Affiliate will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order, along with an order number. If the Local Affiliate cannot fulfill the order, you will be notified by email or phone. An email confirmation will be sent once your order has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). A legally binding contract between you and the Local Affiliate is formed when the Dispatch Confirmation is sent or when the Products are dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Your order may be declined if a Product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or payment is not authorized. We and our Local Affiliates reserve the right to reject any order prior to Dispatch Confirmation.
If you wish to modify an order, contact the Local Affiliate, who will advise on whether the change is possible and any associated costs or delays. Products that are personalized or made to order, such as perfumes and candles, cannot be modified or canceled once the order is placed.
You are responsible for the Products once they are shipped to the address provided. Products purchased on the Site are for personal use only and may not be resold.
RETURNS: CANCELLATION RIGHTS
US Customers Only
Due to the personalized nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the Products you receive do not conform to your order or are defective, they will be replaced, and return shipping costs will be covered by us. UK Customers Only
You have a legal right to cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you receive the Products. If you change your mind within this period, you can cancel the contract and receive a refund, excluding products made to order or personalized (e.g., perfumes and candles). The return right also excludes sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
If you’ve received the Products, you must return them within 30 days of cancellation. Returns must be in their original condition, with packaging intact, and shipped following any guidelines provided by your local courier. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the Products are defective.
If you cancel the contract, you will be refunded the price you paid for the Products, including standard delivery costs, within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. If the Products have been handled improperly, your refund may be reduced to reflect this.
If you prefer an exchange, this will be processed within 7 business days. If we are unable to fulfill the exchange, you will be refunded instead.
France and the Rest of the World Only
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without specifying any reason. The right to withdraw does not apply to personalized Products (e.g., perfumes and candles) or sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
To exercise your withdrawal right, contact the Local Affiliate with your order details. If the Products are returned for reasons other than defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, provided the Products are returned unused and undamaged within the 14-day period.
In case of defective Products, the relevant legal guarantees apply, and you may request a repair, replacement, or refund as per local laws. If you fail to notify us of any defects within the legal timeframe, your rights may be affected.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, make announcements, or welcome customers to your store.
Delivery times vary based on the delivery address, chosen shipping method, and the relevant Local Affiliate. Delayed deliveries will not incur penalties or compensation and will not serve as a valid reason for order cancellation.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout, and once submitted, the selected shipping option cannot be altered. Ensure that all necessary details, such as apartment/suite/building numbers, and company names, if applicable, are provided.
We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.
For tracked deliveries that cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the shipment will be reattempted at the customer’s expense or canceled. To inquire about specific delivery lead times, please contact us before placing your order via our Contact Us page.
Products Containing Alcohol (Including Perfumes)
Due to strict international regulations, we cannot ship items containing alcohol (including perfumes) to certain countries. If your country is not listed in this section, we suggest ordering our perfume oils or body care collections, as these products do not contain alcohol and are not subject to the same restrictions. Alternatively, you may change your delivery address to one of the countries listed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

SHIPPING TO THE USA
- Products (excluding samples) shipped to the USA are delivered via UPS Ground and may take up to a week.
- Sample orders are shipped via USPS First Class and may take 8-10 business days, with no tracking number available.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the USA.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Monday. Orders placed during bank holidays will be processed after the holiday.
SHIPPING TO THE UK
- Products (excluding samples) shipped to the UK are delivered via UK-Mail within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, particularly for regions such as Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Monday. Orders placed during public holidays will be dispatched later.
- Sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically take 3-5 business days, with no tracking number available.
SHIPPING TO FRANCE
- Products (excluding samples) shipped to France are delivered via Colissimo within 2-3 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the area and season.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Monday, and orders placed during public holidays will be dispatched after the holiday.
- Sample orders are shipped via La Poste and typically take 3-5 business days, with no tracking number available.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
- Products (except samples) shipped to countries outside of our listed regions are delivered via DHL. Delivery may take between five (5) to ten (10) business days.
- Sample orders are shipped with an estimated delivery time of ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, and no tracking number is provided.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
To comply with legal restrictions, customers are limited to purchasing a maximum of eight (8) units of an identical product, and no more than fourteen (14) units in total per transaction. Furthermore, we impose a limit of three (3) orders per customer per day. This policy applies to all products sold on our website.
The products available for purchase on this site, including any samples we may provide, are strictly for personal use. Reselling or distributing purchased items or samples is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe the transaction violates this policy, with or without prior notice.
OUR LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
We are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage caused by us or our Local Affiliate. If we fail to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, we will be held accountable for any loss or damage that results from our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care. Such loss is deemed foreseeable if it is obvious it will occur, or if, at the time of purchase, both we and you knew it might happen (e.g., if you raised the issue with us during the purchase process).
We do not exclude or limit our liability in cases where doing so would be unlawful. In the UK, this includes liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence, or that of our employees, agents, or subcontractors; for fraud; or for breaches of your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Our products are supplied exclusively for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the products for commercial, business, or resale purposes, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising from such use.

In accordance with EU Regulation no. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution, EU or UK residents may refer disputes to the EU Commission’s online platform available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.
For EU customers, any disputes related to the sale of products may also be referred to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity free of charge.
For customers in the European Union: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the customer’s country of residence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the customer’s country.
Rest of World Customers: By entering into a contract of sale with us, you agree that New York State law will govern the contract, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts for any disputes. This section may not apply if your country’s laws provide mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
