Friends of OLIOR Loyalty Program

OLIOR’s loyalty program, Friends of OLIOR, is designed to reward our valued customers with exclusive benefits based on their purchases made through www.oliorfragrances.com and at select OLIOR boutiques.

These terms outline the details and operation of the program, which applies to all eligible individuals who meet the membership requirements. By joining, members gain access to special rewards, exclusive offers, and personalized experiences as a token of our appreciation.

The Friends of OLIOR program is valid on www.oliorfragrances.com and at participating OLIOR stores worldwide.

Program Membership:

1. Membership Eligibility & Conditions

  • Membership in the Friends of OLIOR program is free and comes with no obligation.
  • Membership is strictly personal, limited to one account per individual dop@oliorfragrances.com. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.

2. Who Can Join?

Membership is open to:

  • Individuals aged 16 and over.
  • Individuals who have created a customer account at an Eligible OLIOR Boutique.

Individuals who have created a customer account on www.oliorfragrances.com.

Anyone meeting these conditions is considered a Friends of OLIOR member upon account creation.

3. Personal Information & Responsibilities

  • To participate, members must provide complete and accurate personal information. This data is processed per Article 6: Personal Data.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring their information remains correct, complete, and up to date on their account at www.oliorfragrances.com to fully enjoy program benefits.
  • OLIOR reserves the right to request identity verification if needed.
  • If incorrect or outdated information prevents a member from receiving benefits, OLIOR is not responsible for any missed rewards.

4. Digital Membership & Purchase Tracking

  • The Friends of OLIOR program does not offer a physical loyalty card.
  • Once logged in, purchases made on www.oliorfragrances.com and at Eligible OLIOR Boutiques are automatically linked to the program.
  • Members can track their points, status, and rewards via the dedicated Friends of OLIOR section on www.oliorfragrances.com.

Program Functionality:

1. Membership Tiers & Earning Points

The Friends of OLIOR program consists of three status levels, determined by the number of points earned from purchases made on www.oliorfragrances.com and at eligible OLIOR boutiques over a 12-month period.

Each tier unlocks increasing levels of exclusive rewards and perks, designed to enhance your experience with OLIOR. Only purchases made on separate days contribute to status progression.

2. Status Levels & Points Breakdown

  • Silver (0–20,000 points)
  • Gold (20,001–50,000 points)
  • Platinum (50,001+ points)

New members start at Silver status upon joining the program. Status upgrades occur automatically when the required points threshold is met. Once attained, a status level remains valid for 12 months.

At the end of this period, the member’s status is reassessed. Members can maintain, upgrade, or move to a lower tier based on their total points earned in the past year.

For example, if a member earns 20,500 points by March 10, they achieve Gold status, valid for 12 months. If no additional purchases are made, they will revert to Silver status on March 10 of the following year.

Only purchases made while logged into an OLIOR account are eligible for point accumulation. Guest checkouts will not be counted.

3. Exclusive Benefits for Each Status

Silver Tier (0-20,000 points)

Benefits:

  • 5% off every purchase
  • Access to exclusive sample sales
  • Free mini fragrance on the first anniversary of joining
  • Early access to seasonal promotions

How to Maintain Silver Status:

  • Maintain an active OLIOR account
  • Continue earning points through purchases or engagement

Gold Tier (20,001-50,000 points)

Benefits:

  • 10% off every purchase
  • Free deluxe sample with every order
  • Birthday gift: Travel-size fragrance of choice
  • Priority access to limited-edition releases

How to Maintain Gold Status:

Earn at least 20,000 points annually through purchases or social engagement

Platinum Tier (50,001+ points)

Benefits:

  • 15% off every purchase
  • Free full-size fragrance on your birthday
  • Priority access to limited-edition releases
  • Personalized fragrance consultation
  • Exclusive invites to in-person brand events

How to Maintain Platinum Status:

Earn at least 50,000 points annually to keep Platinum status and all exclusive perks

4. Additional Program Details

  • Status benefits are exclusive to each tier and do not stack when moving between levels.
  • Gifts and rewards are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.
  • Members will receive email notifications and account updates regarding their status, points, and available perks.

Members Responsibility

By participating in the Friends of OLIOR program, members agree to:

  • Respect Intellectual Property: Members must not copy, reproduce, republish, share, distribute, or exploit in any way the content of www.oliorfragrances.com and/or the program.
  • Maintain Security & Integrity: Members must not attempt to bypass or interfere with the security measures of www.oliorfragrances.com. Uploading any harmful files, such as viruses, malware, spyware, bots, or any other disruptive components, is strictly prohibited.
  • Avoid Manipulative Practices: Members must not manipulate the website or program by using bots, scripts, automated processes, or engaging in fraudulent activities, such as offering or accepting compensation to unfairly gain program benefits.
  • Uphold Authentic Participation: Members may not impersonate others or create multiple accounts to take advantage of the program’s rewards and benefits.
  • Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of membership and loss of any accumulated points or benefits.

Data Protection & Privacy

The information collected and processed by OLIOR in connection with the Friends of OLIOR program is strictly intended for:

  • Customer account management
  • Program sign-up and administration
  • Order processing and fulfillment
  • Delivering program benefits and personalized services
  • Sending targeted promotions and exclusive offers

Where necessary, OLIOR may share relevant data with technical partners solely for the purpose of managing the loyalty program.

Your Data Rights

  • All members have the right to:
  • Access and rectify their personal data
  • Request the deletion of their data
  • Object to data processing on legitimate interest grounds
  • Restrict data processing or request data portability (where applicable)

Terms & Modifications

OLIOR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Friends of OLIOR loyalty program at any time. In such cases, members will be notified through appropriate communication channels. However, OLIOR does not guarantee that unused benefits will remain available after such changes.

Members who have not opened an OLIOR communication dop@oliorfragrances.com or visited www.oliorfragrances.com or an eligible boutique for more than 12 months may not receive updates about changes or suspensions of the program.

No compensation will be provided for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the program.

Due to potential updates, OLIOR reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Members are encouraged to regularly review the most recent version of the Friends of OLIOR terms and conditions on the official website.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid due to a change in law, regulation, or a court decision, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

Availability & Liability

OLIOR does not guarantee that the Friends of OLIOR loyalty program will be available at all times. While we strive to maintain seamless access, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions or for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from program malfunctions.

In the event of a system issue or malfunction, OLIOR will make every effort to restore access as quickly as possible and ensure that members retain their accumulated benefits. However, OLIOR cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability or technical difficulties affecting the program.
